Pro-Legal offers you the same hybrid coding solution used by the US Department of Justice and US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Hybrid coding is a combination of auto coding and traditional document coding.  Our software reads the results of your extracted text / OCR and codes and captures 14 fields of information including, names, organizations and dates in text normalized to consistent formats and spellings for easy searching.  Each document is graded and any failed documents will subsequently be coded manually allowing for a thoroughly coded and searchable document collection.

Our hybrid coding solution also allows for identification and grouping of documents that are similar for more consistent review.  Near Duplication scores are determined by names, organizations and dates in text, combined with the thesaurus meaning of document contents.
