Imaging Quality Control Points
1. Image Key
- 1.1. Image key matches bates number on page
- 1.2. Duplicate image keys are suffixed per job specifications
2. Image Quality
- 2.1. Correct Paper Size
- 2.1.1. Page matched size for size
- 2.1.2. Oversize pages are captured as is or reduced per job specifications
- 2.2. The edges of the pages are captured, no text or markings are cut off
- 2.3. Brightness and contrast are adjusted to capture all markings.
- 2.4. Image does not appear dark nor washed out
- 2.5. Image is oriented correctly
- 2.5.1. Tab towards right
- 2.5.2. Landscape top towards left
3. Document Boundaries
- 3.1. The beginning of every document and child represented per job specifications
- 3.2. Verify all pages are scanned for each document by:
- 3.3. Page per page review of paper and corresponding images, paying close attention for double sided pages and “stuck” pages
- 3.4. Each document is scanned
4. Index Fields
- 4.1. Each index field is filled out per job specifications
- 4.2. Check spelling and name formatting
